The EU Funded Technical assistance project for improving the enabling environment for Civil Society Organizations in the Republic of North Macedonia (the Project) supports the working group within the Ministry of Justice, tasked with drafting the amendments of the Law on Associations and Foundations.
In the scope of this support, the Project is organizing four (4) consultative thematic roundtables on the following topics:
The objectives of the consultative roundtables are:
The Project encourages and invites interested representatives of CSOs or informal civic initiatives, to register and participate at the consultative roundtables.

10:00 – 12:00 Legal recognition of other forms of association
14:00 – 16:00 Supportive environment for CSOs) and
13.12.2022
10:00 – 12:00 Public benefit organizations
14:00 – 16:00 Protection of non-profit character
The roundtables will be organized in a hybrid format i.e with presence at the venue or online. Simultaneous translation in English, Macedonian and Albanian languages will be available. The location and timing, including the zoom link for those registering for online participation will be shared additionally with the interested participants. A participant may register for more than one roundtable, specifying the sessions they intend to attend.
